I had Ephraim's scrapbook complete to his first birthday (minus his first birthday page) since he turned one. However, it has sat untouched since that date (about 9 1/2 months ago). In November I ordered 100 pictures from Shutterfly to catch up our pictures to mid-July. Then, for Christmas I got a Cricut. Last week I finally had space on the table to break it out of the box and start playing with it. It will take some time to figure out all the features, but I'm loving it already. I made some balloons, a (layered) cake, and a heading for the page. Here's how the page turned out for his first birthday.
Here's a closeup of the cake.

I also have pictures ready for the next five pages of Ephraim's book. I'm switching from a thematic book to a chronological book.
I probably won't get to Tabi's book until closer to her first birthday, but I'm having fun again! Yay for Scrapbooking!

I got the same Cricut for Christmas and have enjoyed trying it out on lots of projects.
I wish I could say I had Amelia's scrapbook done before the baby is born, but I am still on day one of her 2 year life. Ha! :)
