The final product -about five cups of veggies with 3 lbs of ground beef. We have maybe 1/3 left. Ephraim had fourths (at least) and the girls each had seconds.
I definitely plan to keep this as a weekly meal. The kids love helping and they always eat what they make. Besides, it's a great way to clean veggies out of the fridge. I may have to look into other ground meat to mix it up in the future.
