Leftover September Pictures

After we went apple picking the first time, Johanna kept finding her way to the kitchen to take a gander at the bushels of apples.  Then, I noticed her lying on the floor in the kitchen one day.  When I picked her up - this is what I saw:

At this point, she was still eating a lot of baby food and I had only given her peeled apples in thin slices.  I guess she didn't need them peeled or sliced so thin!

Smoothies and bacon are our breakfast two days a week:

Joie was excited to get smoothie like the big kids.

Not quite ready for bacon yet, though.

Took a walk with the three kiddos around the block alone.  Hardest part?  Getting Joie in the pack without dropping her - always a challenge.  Kids loved getting out and walking!

Made primal brownies:

 Yummo!

Joie's eye got puffy and red very quickly one day.  Never did figure out why - no bite noticeable, but we got it under control with a bit of allergy meds and some other Mama tactics.

Wandering nakey - diaper and baby legs only.

 At least she's sitting...

She's plenty mobile, but refuses to stand still.

Guess she'll stand/walk when she wants too! (Eye is still a bit puffy.)

Showing off her baby legs that match (sort of) her Minnie Dress.

 Cutesy!

Getting into everything, like normal!
