Ephraim is 1, 2, 3!

Everybody says the same thing . . . I can't believe it's been ____ years - Time flies - It seems like yesterday . . . the list goes on and on.  And honestly, I'd like to say all the same things.  :-)  So, to remind myself of the time that has passed, here's a quick synopsis of April 10 - a day that will live in infamy . . . at least in the Maanum house.

2009 - Ephraim is born at 3:34pm!  Labor was harder than I imagined, especially with induction, but luckily it didn't last forever.  He was 8 lb 5.5 oz (as you can see) and 19 1/2 inches long.  I couldn't stop looking at him - just drinking in the sight of my little bear.  Ephraim was born on Good Friday and baptized 2 days later on Easter.

2010 - 1st Birthday!  I made a healthy cake from scratch and it tasted horrible, but Ephraim seemed to love it.  That's my boy - always happy and cheerful.

2011- 2nd Birthday!  I made an icing cracker/jello cake since Ephraim is obsessed with fruit.  We all loved it.  The fruit obsession hasn't changed.

2012 - 3rd Birthday!  With a change in our eating habits and concerns regarding food allergies, we made a double chocolate coconut cake.  Ephraim loved it and so did we!
