Tonight my wonderful husband made potato pancakes for dinner. Actually, they were potato/zucchini/onion pancakes. They were fabulous. I can never decide if I should put applesauce on them or sour cream, so I just do half and half and then I don't have to decide. Each topping brings out such a different flavor in the pancake. Anyway, he also fried up some lovely bacon from our local butcher. It is the first time we've had it from there and it was sooooooo good. I don't see us ever buying bacon from the grocery store again! And yes, our kids are as enamored with bacon as we are. BLTs anyone? (That's dinner for tomorrow!)

Tonight my wonderful husband made potato pancakes for dinner. Actually, they were potato/zucchini/onion pancakes. They were fabulous.
