Today I am thankful for my mom and dad. For many years, they fed me, clothed me, sheltered me, and kept me safe, educated and happy. Now that I'm grown with kids of my own, I can appreciate even more the sheer amount of work and time that they committed to raising me.
Today (last night) they stayed up late to help me finish packing. Dad dealt with a crabby Tabi and got her to sleep. Mom did some sewing for me, since I can't. Since Ephraim was already asleep, this allowed me to get everything packed in a decent amount of time and still get some sleep. Love them both for a thousand reasons more - it would take way too long to write them all down.
