Swim Lesson

The first swimming lesson at the YMCA went really well. Ephraim seemed to enjoy himself and Ed and I definitely did too. There are 6 kids in the class and Ephraim is the youngest by about 4 months. Here are some pictures from our first class. Only two days until our next one!

Mama and Bear listening to the teacher describe the next song we were going to sing.

Mama explaining to Bear how to blow bubbles in the water. He hasn't figured this out yet, but he doesn't mind trying anything.

Bear splashing in the water with Daddy.

My boys posing for the camera! Ephraim wouldn't keep those fingers out of his mouth the whole time in the pool.

Daddy is so proud of his boy floating on his back with his ears under water. Yay!!

Daddy expressing his pride. Ephraim looks pretty proud of himself too!

Doing the Hokey-Pokey: "Put your whole self out"

In the car on the way home - he looks tired, but he didn't fall asleep like we expected.

Looks very similar to Henry's swim class...isn't it a blast? :)

The class was fantastic, but Jen and I were exhausted when we got home. It's really a great workout for the parents.
