The big 30

Today Ephraim is 30 weeks old. He had a doctor appointment yesterday which yielded the following results:

64 cm tall (25 in.) - 10%
16 lb 5 oz - 25%

This surprises me a little as people constantly comment on what a large baby he is. However, the numbers just don't lie. He's on the small side. I guess he's taking after his mama and not his daddy. Maybe they think he's big because of the cloth diapers . . . . . something I hadn't considered until now. I suppose that it's possible.

I don't care what size he is...he'll always be my precious SP! Believe it or not, even though Ed came out at a whopping 9#4oz by this time he maintained his weight and never gained. If you look at his pics he was always on the small side too and actually didn't think he was ever going to grow taller than his mom!!! We all grow into what God has us planned to be:) I just love his sweet, smiling face in the SP outfit...thanks again, Jen, for EVERYthing. We love you all

People always think our Henry is bigger than he is...my in-laws use the word "solid"...which I think does come from the cloth diapers - but I wouldn't change a thing!

Your little guy is SO cute!!
