This is my best friend, Rachel, who came to visit and meet Bear.
Then we traveled up to Chicago, so Bear could meet two more of his great-grandparents. Here he is with Great-Grandma. He seems to be enjoying himself.
He also enjoyed his visit with Great-Grandpa and sitting on his scooter.
Bear made a very good attempt at rolling over while we visited Great-Grandma and Grandpa. He would have made it if that pesky arm wasn't in the way.
This is a picture of Mommy as a baby. While we were visiting, nearly everyone commented on how much Bear looks like Daddy. However, we see some similarities between Mommy and Bear in this picture.
Bear is just hanging out on the couch here.
After picking up Daddy at the airport, we drove to Rachel and Brandon's house. After some initial apprehension holding a baby, Brandon relaxed and enjoyed Bear's company.
Here's Bear with his Auntie Diana. They spent quite a bit of time hanging out when we visited with Grandma and Grandpa.
Here's a four-generation picture with Daddy and Grandpa as Bear meets his Great-Gram.
During our visits, Bear met all his living great-grandparents, cousins, and aunts. He met Uncle Jason, but only got to see Uncle Jeremy on the computer. He looks forward to meeting him in the future. He also got to have lots of visiting time with all of his grandparents.
As much fun as our trip was, we are all happy to be home and sleeping in our own beds.
