We've got the beat. Yeah! We've got it!

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my check-up and got to hear the baby's heartbeat. Unfortunately Ed was feeling under the weather in the morning and so he didn't come with me. I wasn't thinking clearly (which has been happening a lot lately) while I was there, so I didn't call Ed or record the heartbeat. I feel bad, but at least we have another ultrasound next month. Everything is going fine and the heartbeat was strong.
